Four days and three nights in the Polish mountains, focusing on you and your business, individual implementation support and the breathing room to work out what comes next.

This intimate retreat is limited to just four guests, giving you genuine time and attention from both Paula and Layla—with space to think, talk, work and rest without being lost in a large group.

You’ll leave with greater clarity, a practical direction for your business and a plan that feels achievable for you.

Maximum four guests. Minimum three guests required for the retreat to proceed.

Step away from the noise and give yourself the space to think, plan and move your business forward.

22–25 May 2027
Beskidzka Apartments, Sucha Beskidzka, Poland

Paula and Layla helped reignite a powerful drive within me: to aim high, embrace success without fear, and stand tall in my power as a businesswoman.

I’m deeply grateful to both of them, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this retreat to anyone looking for deep clarity, connection, and business momentum in the most beautiful setting imaginable.

Is this retreat for you?

You know there is more you want to do with your business—but finding the time and headspace to work out what comes next can feel almost impossible.

This retreat is for you if:

  • your business has become busy, complicated or overwhelming;

  • you have lots of ideas but struggle to decide which ones deserve your attention;

  • you feel stuck between where your business is now and where you want it to be;

  • you need time away from everyday responsibilities to think properly;

  • you want practical guidance and honest conversations rather than another pile of information;

  • you are ready to make decisions, create a realistic plan and begin implementing it;

  • you would benefit from working alongside a tiny, supportive group of like-minded business owners.

You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out. That is exactly why we are creating the space for you to pause, look at the bigger picture and decide what is right for you and your business.

The Serenity & Strategy retreat wasn’t just a space for business planning.

It wasn’t just about rest, and reflection.

It was a space to meet myself again, through the eyes of powerful, generous women.

Women who came without judgment or agenda, only with the intention to lift each other up.

And in lifting each other, we lifted ourselves.

We left with renewed clarity, grounded confidence, and a business plan.

Between your arrival and departure days, we will spend three focused days exploring your business, your mindset and the practical steps needed to move forward.

Across the three days, there will be approximately ten sessions, combining:

  • focused group training and discussions;

  • guided strategy sessions;

  • individual implementation time;

  • dedicated support with both Paula and Layla;

  • opportunities to talk through your challenges and ideas;

  • practical time to work on your own business;

  • space between sessions to think, rest and process everything.

Sessions may last between one and three hours, depending on the subject and what the group needs. The timetable will remain flexible so that we can spend more time on the conversations and implementation that are proving most valuable.

There will also be free time to enjoy the house, garden, grounds and stream—or simply find a quiet corner to think.

Bring your laptop if you would like to work digitally. Notepads and pens will be available.

Three days dedicated to you and your business

Serenity and Strategy Retreat

Empowering busy women to leave behind what they no longer need and reclaiming their vision to transform dreams into actionable plans, whilst tapping into their power!

This retreat isn’t about filling a notebook with ideas that you never look at again. It is about creating clarity, making decisions and using the time together to begin putting those decisions into action.

By the end of the retreat, you will have:

  • a clearer understanding of where your business is now;

  • a focused vision for where you want it to go;

  • identified what is working, what needs attention and what you can let go of;

  • decided which ideas and opportunities should become your priorities;

  • a practical strategy shaped around your business, circumstances and ambitions;

  • dedicated implementation time with support available when you need it;

  • clear, achievable next steps to continue after you return home.

Most importantly, you will have given yourself the time and permission to work on your business—not simply keep working inside it.

this is what you are looking for...

I came to the Strategy and Serenity retreat with the idea of updating my business plan for the coming year and working on reducing some of the pressure I put on myself.

What I got was a total release of so many emotions I had locked away and the tools to manage my energy going forward. I gained an understanding of what I truly want from my business, finally finding my why (after so many years of not feeling I was enough) and a roadmap to create my next steps forward.

I shared 4 days of self discovery, business ideas, tears and laughter with support, encouragement and love.

Paula and Layla were like the scaffolding holding us up while we built our self-belief and courage for the business and people we wanted to create.

Day 1 – Leave the world behind

Saturday 22 May

After your journey, Saturday is about arriving, settling in and leaving the outside world behind.

Once you have unpacked, you can choose to join Paula in town at a recommended local restaurant or prepare your own food in your apartment. The restaurant visit is completely optional, and everyone orders and pays for their own meal.

Our first retreat session will take place during the evening.

After introductions, you will meet Paula and Layla, who will guide and support you throughout the retreat.

Paula will begin with questions designed to help you set your intentions for our time together. Layla will then help you take that intention beyond the thoughts in your head and connect it with what you truly feel and want.

Your intention is a powerful stream of energy that you can use to create and express what you desire or dream of. Reconnecting with your self-awareness, your energy and your centre can transform the way you connect with your business vision.

Your four-day retreat

The retreat combines practical business strategy with the space to reconnect with yourself, your intentions and the business you genuinely want to create.
Our timetable will remain flexible enough to respond to the needs of our tiny group, but this is how our four days together are expected to unfold.

Sunday 23 May

Our second day begins with a grounding meditation led by Layla.

Grounding helps to soothe the noise in your mind so that it stops getting in your way. From there, we move into our first business workshop of the day:

The “How” Doesn’t Matter

Together, we begin removing the barriers surrounding your ideas. Instead of immediately worrying about how everything will happen, you will focus first on understanding what you genuinely want.

Throughout the day, we will explore your ideas, ask important questions and begin uncovering the possibilities. Some answers may arrive immediately; others may need time and space to develop.

There will be breaks during the day for you to prepare your own food, eat in your apartment or make your own arrangements to eat elsewhere.

After a focused day of working on your business, Layla will guide our final session—helping you slow down, acknowledge what has surfaced and reconnect with your body and emotions.

After a full day, you deserve relaxation and serenity. When you become present with your emotions and your body, you can create from a place closer to your centre. Discover what lightness feels like, go with the flow and allow your business ideas to expand beyond the limits of what you previously believed was possible.

Day 2 – The “how” doesn’t matter

Monday 24 May

Monday morning begins with an optional walk in the local forest, subject to the weather and individual ability.

This is an opportunity to reconnect with nature and notice the smells, sights and sounds around you. We will bring that calmer perspective back into the apartment as you begin working through the Chunk It Down® framework to turn your vision into a practical roadmap.

Throughout the day, you will also be invited to attend individual sessions with both Paula and Layla.

Your session with Paula will help you identify gaps, develop your ideas and strengthen the practical plan for your business.

Your session with Layla will help you explore something that may be standing between you and what you want to create.

There will be breaks for food and reflection. You can prepare something in your apartment or eat at one of the recommended local restaurants.

This is your day to move through the barriers, recognise your strengths and channel your energy into what you genuinely want.

Weather permitting, we will finish our structured sessions together beside the fire near the stream. Guests who wish to cook something over the fire are welcome to bring or purchase their own food.

Surrounded by earth, air, fire and water, Layla will lead our final session, Elements.

Business is not simply a matter of strategy. It is also about how you connect with yourself, your energy and what you truly desire. With nature around you and the support of a small group of like-minded women, you will explore new ways to connect with and activate your business vision.

Day 3 – Turn your vision into a roadmap

On our final morning, Layla will share one last meditation as we close the circle we opened together on day one.

This is a moment to acknowledge everything that has shifted, reconnect with the intentions you brought into the retreat and carry that energy forward into what comes next.

The timing of the meditation will be arranged around the group’s departure requirements.

Afterwards, if there is anything you would still like to clarify or complete, optional individual sessions with Paula will be available before you leave.

You can use this time to:

  • resolve a final question;

  • check that your plan feels realistic;

  • finish something you began during the retreat;

  • confirm the first steps you will take when you return home.

Morning appointments will be arranged during the retreat. Depending on demand and individual departure times, some appointments may begin early.

There will also be time to pack and prepare for your journey.

Check-out and the group transfer to Kraków Airport will be at approximately 11am.

Day 4 – Close the circle and finalise your next steps

Choose the space that suits you

Your four-night stay at Beskidzka Apartments is included in the retreat price.

There are two accommodation options available. Every guest will have their own private sleeping space, with a maximum of two resident guests in either apartment.

Mokra Apartment – the quieter, more private option

Mokra is completely separate from the main teaching space, giving its guests somewhere private and peaceful to return to between sessions and at the end of each day.

It offers two entirely separate sleeping spaces:

  • an upstairs main bedroom;

  • a downstairs living room that can be used as a second private bedroom.

The downstairs room has its own door and key, so it is a genuinely private, lockable sleeping space—not simply a bed placed in a shared living area.

The two guests staying in Mokra will share the apartment’s kitchen and bathroom, but nobody else attending the retreat will use the apartment.

If a couple or two friends book Mokra together, they can choose to share the upstairs bedroom and keep the downstairs living room available as their own private lounge.

Mokra is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sucha Apartment – at the heart of the retreat

Sucha will be the main teaching and gathering space during the retreat, with sessions and group activity taking place in the apartment between approximately 8am and 8pm.

It has two comfortable private bedrooms:

  • the main bedroom;

  • the mezzanine bedroom.

A maximum of two guests will stay in Sucha. They will share the apartment’s kitchen and bathroom, and each guest can have their own bedroom.

Because Sucha is our teaching space, other retreat guests and the teaching team will be present in its shared areas during the day. Outside the retreat timetable, the apartment is for the use of the guests staying there.

Your Coaches

Paula Tadzik is a business strategist, trainer, integrator and practical problem-solver who helps creative business owners turn their ideas into clear, sustainable businesses.

With more than 20 years of management experience, Paula has a natural ability to see the bigger picture while also noticing the missing steps, overlooked opportunities and practical details that can prevent an idea from moving forward.

She is the creator of Chunk It Down®, a practical framework designed to take something that feels large, complicated or overwhelming and turn it into manageable actions.

Paula’s approach is honest, supportive and grounded in real implementation. She won’t simply help you create another list of things you should be doing. She will help you decide what genuinely matters, work out what is realistic and begin putting the right pieces into place.

Having built businesses in both the UK and Poland, Paula understands that there is no single version of business success. Your strategy needs to work with your life, responsibilities, strengths and ambitions—not somebody else’s idea of what your business should look like.

During Serenity & Strategy, Paula will guide the business and strategy sessions, help you work through the Chunk It Down® framework and spend individual time exploring your ideas, identifying gaps and shaping your practical roadmap.

She is also your host at Beskidzka Apartments and the person making sure that, from the moment you arrive, you have the space, support and encouragement to focus properly on yourself and your business.

What is it like to work with Paula?

You don’t have to take Paula’s word for it. Hear directly from business owners who have experienced her practical, supportive approach and the difference that clarity, strategy and focused implementation can make.

Layla is a psychologist by education, having studied Psychology at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. She has also completed a five-year Psychodynamic Psychotherapy course at Collegium Medicum in Kraków and postgraduate studies in psychodietetics at WSNS in Lublin.

Her additional training includes Ayurvedic Psychology and the Basics of Multidimensional Communication. She continues to participate in training and personal-development workshops, believing that developing her own awareness, resources and energy is an important part of supporting others.

Layla’s approach is holistic, bringing together the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Her work draws on meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, creativity, symbolism and the grounding power of nature.

Spirituality has played an important role throughout Layla’s life. Her roots are in Christianity, while her learning and personal practice have also been influenced by Buddhism, Hinduism and shamanic traditions. Her own journey has taught her to see the body as a wise ally and to pay attention to the information it provides. She is passionate about sport, intuitive dance, art, travel and exploring different cultures.

Layla is also a mother of two, who continually inspire her to reach for the best available version of herself.

During Serenity & Strategy, Layla will guide meditation, grounding and reflective sessions designed to help you reconnect with yourself, explore what may be holding you back and bring your intentions closer to your heart.

Can you afford not to do this?

You have always known you were meant for more. You apply yourself more than anyone you know, go over and above, and have a crazy drive inside you (especially when something needs to happen).

So why are you struggling with creating this legacy, making this masterpiece? It’s not that you are not giving it everything you have because, oh boy, you are… All the while, it's like walking through treacle, and you just can’t move forward, and when you do, the results seem insignificant for the time and energy you have spent on it.

However, if someone presents something to you, a billion ideas pop up, and you can help that person do anything… organise a birthday, wedding or move house. Still, when you need something for yourself, you are stuck with analysis paralysis.

I know; I have been there. And I know that it’s so difficult to move forward when EVERYTHING needs to happen, and there is just you. The day starts with a to-do list and ends with shopping lists, homework, seven letters, and a splatter of dinner, 50 emails and at the bottom is the to-do list with more things scribbled on it.

If only you had someone like you to help you out, I mean your so good at it. You could create a plan, you could organise your business, you could automate parts you don’t want to waste time on, and you could kick your own ass… how fab would that be?

But, it would help if you released her for a few days to find herself, to reconnect with herself, her belief and her/your vision - she needs to fill her own cup so she can push you and your dream over the line.

This is more than just a retreat—it’s a gift to yourself, a chance to reconnect with your vision, and a powerful opportunity to transform your business. At the Serenity & Strategy Retreat, you’ll find the clarity you’ve been seeking, the support you’ve been craving, and the inspiration you need to move forward with confidence and purpose.

We understand that life is busy, and stepping away is hard. But taking this time for yourself is crucial. It’s an investment in your well-being and the future success of your business. The benefits you’ll gain far outweigh the challenges of stepping away for a few days.

Your journey to clarity, relaxation, and strategic growth begins here.

Frequently asked questions

Can I attend on my own?

Absolutely. Each guest has their own private sleeping space, and the retreat is intentionally limited to a tiny, supportive group. You do not need to know anybody before arriving.

Are flights included?

No. You arrange and pay for your own flights to and from Kraków Airport.

Please wait until Paula has confirmed in writing that the minimum number of guests has been reached before booking non-refundable flights.

Are Layla’s sessions psychotherapy?

No. Although Layla is professionally trained in psychology and psychotherapy, the sessions she provides during Serenity & Strategy are group and individual personal-development experiences focused on meditation, grounding, reflection, self-awareness and reconnecting with your intentions.

They do not include psychological diagnosis or clinical psychotherapy and are not a replacement for medical, psychological or mental-health treatment.

If you are currently receiving professional mental-health support or have any concerns about whether the retreat is suitable for you, please speak with your usual healthcare professional and contact Paula before booking.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Please contact Paula and the transfer provider as soon as possible.

The scheduled driver will wait for up to one hour. If a delay means that you miss the group transfer, you will need to arrange and pay for alternative transport. Paula will provide advice and help you understand the available options.

Appropriate personal travel insurance may cover costs caused by flight delays or cancellations, depending on your policy.

Will our conversations remain confidential?

Guests may discuss personal experiences, business plans and commercially sensitive information during the retreat.

Everyone will be asked to respect the privacy of the group and not share another guest’s personal or business information outside the retreat.

Can I attend with a friend or partner?

Yes. Each person pays the individual retreat price.

Friends can choose whichever available rooms suit them. A couple or two friends booking both Mokra places can choose to share the upstairs bedroom and keep the downstairs room as their own private lounge.

What happens if the transfer company cancels?

Your scheduled group transfers are included and guaranteed as part of the retreat. If the original transport provider becomes unavailable, we will arrange suitable replacement transport.

Can I arrive earlier or stay longer?

Yes. Additional nights at Beskidzka Apartments may be booked separately, subject to availability.

You can also arrange your own stay in Kraków before or after the retreat. Extra accommodation and any transport outside the official retreat dates are not included.

What food is available?

Meals are not included. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, or you can independently visit local cafés and restaurants.

Before the retreat, Paula will share information about local supermarkets, food shops, restaurants and takeaway options.

If you expect to arrive late and are worried about obtaining essential groceries, contact Paula in advance. Where reasonably possible, she may be able to purchase a small shopping list on your behalf. You will reimburse the exact cost of the shopping. This is informal assistance, not a guaranteed or included retreat service.

Do I need to bring anything?

Bring comfortable clothes, suitable footwear for the garden and optional forest walk, and any personal items you need.

Notepads and pens will be available. We recommend bringing your laptop if you would like to work digitally during the implementation sessions.

Do I need travel insurance?

Yes, we strongly recommend arranging suitable personal travel insurance as soon as the retreat is confirmed.

Your policy should cover medical treatment, flight disruption, personal cancellation, lost belongings and any activities you intend to undertake independently.

Is the retreat accessible?

Beskidzka Apartments is a rural hillside property. Some bedrooms require using stairs, and the garden, stream area and forest paths include natural, uneven ground.

Please contact Paula before booking if you have mobility, accessibility, health or other support requirements. She will explain the property honestly and help you decide whether the retreat is suitable for you.

Do I need travel insurance?

Yes, we strongly recommend arranging suitable personal travel insurance as soon as the retreat is confirmed.

Your policy should cover medical treatment, flight disruption, personal cancellation, lost belongings and any activities you intend to undertake independently.

Will photographs be taken?

We will discuss photography and sharing preferences at the beginning of the retreat.

Your photograph, video, name or business information will not be used publicly without your individual permission.

Cancellation and booking terms

We understand that plans and circumstances can change. However, Serenity & Strategy has only four places, and your booking reserves accommodation, teaching time and a place that can no longer be offered to somebody else.

If you need to cancel, please notify Paula in writing as soon as possible.

The following cancellation charges will apply:

  • Cancellation on or before 26 February 2027: 20% of the full retreat price

  • Cancellation between 27 February and 26 March 2027: 50% of the full retreat price

  • Cancellation between 27 March and 23 April 2027: 75% of the full retreat price

  • Cancellation on or after 24 April 2027: 100% of the full retreat price

If you have paid more than the applicable cancellation charge, the remaining balance will be refunded.

If your place is successfully transferred or resold, we will take this into account and reduce the cancellation charge to reflect the costs and losses we have actually incurred. You may also be able to transfer your booking to another suitable person, subject to reasonable notice, availability and any genuine additional costs.

We strongly recommend arranging personal travel and cancellation insurance as soon as your retreat place is confirmed.

Minimum guest numbers

Serenity & Strategy requires a minimum of three guests and has a maximum of four.

We will confirm that the retreat is going ahead as soon as the third place has been booked and no later than 26 February 2027.

If we cancel because the minimum number has not been reached, you will receive a full refund of all retreat payments made. We recommend waiting for written confirmation before booking non-refundable flights or other travel arrangements.

Once we have confirmed that the minimum number has been reached, we intend to proceed even if another participant subsequently needs to cancel.

If we have to cancel

If we have to cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of all retreat payments made within 14 days.

We cannot reimburse independently booked flights, accommodation or other travel arrangements. This is why we ask you to wait for confirmation before booking non-refundable travel and strongly recommend suitable personal travel insurance.

Where possible, we may offer an alternative date or suitable replacement arrangements, but you will not be required to accept them. You may choose a full refund instead.

These points are a clear summary. The complete booking and cancellation conditions will be provided before you make your first payment.

Are you ready to create the space your business needs?

Serenity & Strategy gives you four days away from everyday demands to think clearly, reconnect with what you want and turn your ideas into a practical way forward.

You won’t be one person in a crowded room. With only four guests, you will have time to be heard, ask questions and receive individual support from both Paula and Layla.
